"Write a Review" of our services
Make sure that your review is an honest representation of your experience. Whatever you're going to a place, we want ratings, reviews, photos, and/or recommendations that are helpful and trustworthy so we can act upon them to help us improve our services.
Reviewing a place is a great way to share both positive and negative opinions, but please follow the policies when writing your review.
Don’t use reviews for advertising, such as adding links to other websites or phone numbers. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with us - don't post reviews just to manipulate our ratings.
Don’t spam. Write a genuine report of your experience with us. Don't include promotional / commercial content, don't post the same content multiple times and don't use multiple accounts.
Don’t post reviews based on someone else's experience, or that are not specifically about us.
Keep it clean
Don’t use obscene, profane, or offensive language nor personal attacks on others.
Don’t post reviews on behalf of others or misrepresent your identity or connection with the place you’re reviewing.
Personal and confidential information
Don’t post reviews that contain another person’s personal and confidential information.
Be informative and insightful
Be specific and relevant, and describe what other visitors are likely to experience. Highlight what makes us special, and try to share something novel and new. Reviews should reveal the unique experience we offer.
Keep it real
Be authentic. Review your own experience, and explain why you liked or disliked us. Try to be as accurate as possible, and include both the positive and negative aspects of your visit.
Not every experience with us is going to be perfect. Sometimes you’ll want to share negative feedback. Even if you’re frustrated, make sure your criticism is constructive. We use this feedback to improve ourselves.
Write with style
People will pay attention when you write thoughtful reviews. Keep them readable and avoid excessive capitalization or punctuation. Use good grammar, check your spelling, and avoid profanity. Choose the right length - a paragraph is great. Be creative and have fun!
